What to Expect in an NLP Session

In an NLP session, you can expect a highly interactive and focused experience. We’ll work together to identify patterns, beliefs, or emotional triggers—and shift them in real time.
You might be invited to close your eyes or visualize a situation. You may repeat phrases, imagine new outcomes, or revisit a memory—but with new tools and perspectives. NLP doesn’t require you to “go deep” like hypnosis, but people are often surprised by how effective and fast the shifts feel.
Whether you’re working through a fear, stuck point, or goal, we’ll use precise techniques to retrain your brain and body to respond in more helpful ways.
You’ll stay alert, engaged, and actively participating in the process. You’ll leave the session with tools—and a noticeable shift in how you feel.

What to Expect in a Hypnotherapy Session

In a hypnotherapy session, you can expect to feel a deep sense of relaxation. You might experience a light, floating sensation or simply feel comfortably settled in your chair or wherever you are seated.
There’s no right or wrong way to experience hypnosis—some people feel very focused, others feel dreamy or distant. All of it is normal. You’re still in control and aware, just in a calm, inwardly-focused state.
I’ll gently guide you with suggestions or imagery to help you connect with your inner wisdom and reprogram limiting patterns. You may feel emotions surface or simply notice a sense of release—that’s part of the healing.
You’re free to move, adjust, or respond naturally throughout. This is your journey, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
