What to expect in a session


In a hypnotherapy session, you can expect to feel a deep sense of relaxation. You might experience a light, floating sensation or simply feel comfortably settled in your chair or where you are seated. There’s no right or wrong way to feel while in a state of hypnosis; each person’s experience is unique, and that’s perfectly normal.

Throughout the session, you may find yourself deeply engaged with the guidance I provide, or your mind might wander. Both responses are completely natural! The key is to allow yourself to relax and follow the simple instructions given. If I ask you to imagine something or reflect on a thought, just allow yourself to explore that.

You are free to move, adjust, sneeze or anything else that may come up, if needed—these small actions can help enhance your comfort and deepen your relaxation during our time together. Remember, this is your journey, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.


 


 



I'm Elise Hittinger, a certified hypnotherapist, best-selling author, international speaker, and courage coach. My journey to this point has been deeply personal and transformative.
